I just started my Deviantart account today, and I've already received several friendly "hello's" from the locals. Looks like this place is where it's at :P. Wow, there are a TON of amazing artists here, which is awesome, because I'm still an undergraduate at UVU, and I have lots to learn. Hope you all rub off on me :P. Hey everyone, name's Kris. I'm a 24yr old student at UVU, and I'm trying to work my way in to the video game/movie industry as an artist (I have yet to make a final decision on my area of specialization). I've been taking freelance art commissions for several years, to help with school and keep gas in my car ;). I came to deviantart.com to learn from more experienced artists, and I'm amazed by the massive number (and variety!) of them that I'm finding here. This site rocks. Nuff' said.
